This thing is built with straight-up MotoGP inspiration, from the way it revs to the way it handles, but it doesn’t feel overcomplicated once you’re in the saddle. It’s powered by a high-revving inline-four that just keeps pulling, especially up top, and the quickshifter keeps everything smooth whether you’re getting on it or just cruising around. The Öhlins electronic suspension does a great job of adjusting on the fly, so it stays comfortable when you want it to, but firms up instantly when you start pushing harder. Brakes are strong and predictable thanks to Brembo, and the electronics package gives you all the modern rider aids without feeling intrusive. You’ve got riding modes, traction control, wheelie control, and engine braking adjustments all easy to manage through the TFT display.
